Alison Gaske Associate

Alison Gaske represents major companies, creditors’ committees, bankruptcy trustees, and others in complex civil litigation.  Her work often focuses on disputes at the intersection of mass torts, bankruptcy, and insurance coverage.  She has particular experience representing plaintiffs pursuing insurance coverage after facing major events, such as asbestos-related liability, opioid epidemic-related liability, and PFAS-related liability.

After law school, Alison clerked for the Honorable Phyllis D. Thompson of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Alison also maintains an active pro bono practice.  Her representations include matters such as motions for compassionate release because of COVID-19 outbreaks, Social Security Administration appeals, and work with the ACLU of Louisiana’s Justice Lab.
