Our attorneys regularly represent parents whose children have special education needs that are not being met by the Washington, D.C. public school system (“DCPS”). These representations include working with school faculty on improvements to a student’s Individualized Education Program, advocating before school administrators for school transfers, and litigating with DCPS when necessary to improve a student’s access to special education services.
