Gilbert LLP offers career pathways for Paralegals, Financial Analysts, and Administrative Staff.  These professionals work closely with senior professionals and Firm Managers on a wide range of legal, financial, analytical, and administrative matters to create a unique law firm experience which encourages career growth.


Gilbert recruits bright and energetic candidates to join the Paralegal Program. Paralegals work with attorneys to provide essential support to our clients, and the Program offers experience and training, including specialized skill sets, that create career growth. Similar to our associate’s “level system,” paralegals are given a road map though each career level, from entry level Junior Paralegal though the Senior Paralegal Specialist, outlining the skills that they gain as they advance at Gilbert. 

Professional Staff

Gilbert offers career opportunities for Professional Staff in Finance, Analytics, E-discovery, Information Technology, Secretarial, Proofreading, and Human Resources.  These professionals support the Firm’s client service and the Firm’s operations.
