Our lawyers were the primary negotiators and drafters of an insurance settlement agreement among 35 policyholders and 15 groups of insurers resolving disputes over $15 billion in coverage. This agreement created an insurer and defendant administered claims facility for asbestos-related claims and incorporated a cutting-edge use of ADR for resolution of insurance disputes over the succeeding decades.
