We currently represent a District of Columbia tenant in a landlord-tenant dispute involving a nonpayment of rent action pending in DC Superior Court. The matter was referred through Legal Aid DC and includes preparation for and attendance at a Bell hearing, mediation, and a non-jury trial, as well as negotiations with the landlord to resolve the dispute.
