Chelsea Krzaczek Associate

Chelsea Krzaczek joined Gilbert in 2023. She works with Gilbert attorneys who represent corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Gilbert, Chelsea was a litigation associate in the Washington, DC office of a prominent international law firm. Chelsea’s practice focused on commercial litigation and included representing a national pharmaceutical company in an antitrust action as well as representing a national consumer credit reporting agency in consumer credit litigation. She received her law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

  • Litigating against dozens of insurers in multiple jurisdictions to recover insurance proceeds for the benefit of abuse survivors on behalf of a bankruptcy trustee.
  • Advising tenants living in Washington, D.C. apartment buildings on their rights while landlord goes through bankruptcy process.
  • Representing individuals in federal court to recover on insurance policies after enduring kidnap and torture at the hands of foreign government.
