Jack Boettger joined Gilbert LLP in April 2026. He assists in the representation of corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation and insurance recovery matters. Prior to joining Gilbert, Jack received his law degree from American University Washington College of Law (WCL). Before and during his time at WCL, Jack worked at a non-partisan trade publication that covers the political campaign industry. As a law student, he externed at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.

• Representing direct action plaintiffs in a federal multidistrict antitrust litigation concerning an alleged conspiracy between major health insurance and claims-pricing companies to suppress out-of-network reimbursement rates.
• Representing an individual who endured torture at the hands of a foreign government.
• Assisting in securing insurance coverage for personal injury claimants in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Representing incarcerated individuals in federal court proceedings stemming from alleged prison conditions and abuse.
