Gilbert LLP Expands With Addition of New Partner

Gilbert LLP, a premier law firm specializing in complex dispute resolution and insurance recovery, announced today that Matt Lavin, Esq., joined the firm as partner effective February 1.  He comes to Gilbert from Arnall Golden Gregory where he was a Healthcare and Commercial Litigation partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.  Matt’s arrival is a return to Gilbert tenure, after serving as an associate at the firm from 2003-2005.

At Arnall Golden Gregory, Matt led one of the most aggressive and respected healthcare provider-side reimbursement practices in the U.S.  He has experience with practically every aspect of the business of healthcare and revenue cycle management, and has successfully resolved countless reimbursement disputes with most of the largest commercial payors in the country.  He is bringing several hundred clients to Gilbert.

Matt is barred in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States Courts of Appeal for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Ninth Circuit.  He is a graduate of the Tulane University Law School.
