Beth Koehler Of Counsel

Beth Koehler is a legal eDiscovery veteran with over twenty years experience.  She began at an AmLaw 100 firm working on insurance coverage cases involving massive eDiscovery requests.  In addition to firm experience, Beth has worked at outside eDiscovery vendors, making her uniquely qualified to see potential pitfalls as well as best practices throughout a matter’s development.  Beth has been involved with hundreds of cases and investigations over the course of her career.

Beth regularly advises clients regarding litigation readiness, data migrations, security, mobile devices, emerging data problems, FRCP best practices, TAR workflows, and managed review. She excels at crafting solutions tailored to each client’s pain points while delivering defensible and efficient results that maximize cost savings.

Beth is licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Her law degree is from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree is from Michigan State University.
