Sam Shirzadi has over two decades of experience in the litigation support industry. Prior to joining Gilbert in 2023, Sam was a managing director at an industry-leading e-discovery vendor.  Sam has extensive experience leading litigation support efforts in a variety of litigation and investigation practice areas including commercial litigation, insurance recovery, second requests, patent, mass tort, white collar, and other complex disputes.

Sam is a leader in our rapidly growing legal-tech team.  Sam is not only a technical expert, but he is also a skilled problem solver.  Sam regularly uses a wide variety of software tools—including cutting-edge AI—to create efficiencies, improve quality, and reduce costs.  Sam’s multi-dimensional skillset allows him to create workflows using a variety of techniques and tools to deliver the highest possible service to his clients.

Sam has deep experience translating attorney-level factual and legal issues into actionable, efficient workflows.  Sam understands the big picture and is not only focused on cost savings, but the smart use of technology and strategic application of knowledge.  Indeed, Sam’s uncanny ability to solve even the most intractable technical challenges is widely appreciated by his clients and colleagues.
